Dan Bussey is an apple historian, cider maker and the former orchard manager for the Seed Savers Exchange in Decorah, IA. He is now the orchardist for the Silverwood Park heirloom apple orchard near Edgerton, WI.

Dan is the author of the seven-volume, “Illustrated History of Apples in the United States and Canada,” (2016).
