Megan and Anthony Gossett started their journey with fermentation about 8-9 years ago. Megan was having a lot of stomach issues. She tried multiple medications, and nothing was working. She found kombucha at the store and read about its probiotic benefits, and decided to try it. Kombucha quickly became a staple to their household!

The couple decided to start brewing kombucha at home. They started sharing with friends and family.  After kombucha brewing: then came sauerkraut, kimchi, and anything else they could ferment! They started to sell at their local farmers’ market in May 2019.  They quickly grew and needed to up the production, so they started to rent a commercial kitchen as of September 2020. This allows them to sell in stores and expand their customer base.

At Ferm Fresh, Meg and Anthony work to inspire a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is a key to a happy life. They have two locations in Terre Haute, Indiana, to serve up kombucha on tap, smoothies, shrubs, and rotating food specials. Learn more at https://www.fermfreshth.com/
