Timothy Lane is an amateur fruit grower who has made the cross from tropical and subtropical to temperate fruiting trees. Having taken an interest in tropical pomology at a young age, he has grown many different fruiting species in a couple different climates. He now specializes in pawpaw and persimmon, with a focus on hybrid persimmon varieties. When he’s not in the gardens or tending his trees at Ockoo MicroFarm in Massachusetts, you’ll find him in the woods picking mushrooms or traveling to faraway forests and jungles.
